This "You Matter, too" hour will focus on the awakening, the reflecting, and the re-commitment process a worker should make to stay connected to the HEART of the work in ending homelessness. Working in homeless services and being in a global pandemic can cause harm to our emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental bodies. Attendees will be encouraged to show up as their authentic selves and assess where they are in their helping journey as a worker, reflect on what needs to change, and identify what re-connecting back to their WHY needs to look like for themselves.
