Systems Thinking for Social Change: Conversation with Built For Zero
Hosted by The Family Collective
9-11AM June 22, 2023
The Family Collective is committed to fostering relationships among people, organizations, and sectors to build stronger local systems of support for families. This requires a shift in the way we work together and think about solving complex problems. During this session, we will learn more about how to apply systems thinking to address the problem of family homelessness.
Built for Zero is a movement, a methodology, and proof of what is possible. Over 100 cities and counties have committed to measurably ending homelessness for entire populations. Using data, these communities have changed how local homeless response systems work and the impact they can achieve. Together, they are proving that we can build a future where homelessness is rare overall and brief when it occurs.
Nate French from Community Solutions will join us to share about the Built for Zero effort and how we are moving this work forward in Nashville.
