Emmeline Stuart Emmeline Stuart is a Program Services Coordinator at Project Return, a nonprofit organization committed to helping people live a full and free life after incarceration. Emmeline graduated from Lipscomb University where she earned a degree in Theology and Ministry. Since Joining Project Return, Emmeline has worked directly with participants by assisting them in all tasks necessary to starting again after incarceration, and administering classes on relevant life skills.
