Few periods in recent history have been as challenging for supervisors and staff as the last couple of years. Our staff's resiliency and passion allowed them to survive during the pandemic and turbulent times. However, the biggest challenge is now on the horizon. If not strategically addressed, our workforce's mental health threatens to lower our outcomes, devastate our organizational culture, and cost us financially in turnover, absenteeism, health care costs, and declining productivity. This workshop will help supervisors support staff through these difficult times and not let stress and trauma impact the quality of services.
