This course explores the prevalence of interpersonal violence and homelessness. Participants of this course will be able to define and recognize the warning signs and red flags of interpersonal violence. The course will outline tools for safety planning, trauma-informed care, and survivor-centered practices on how advocates can support their clients who are identified as being in an interpersonal violence relationship. The course will conclude with information on how to connect clients to services and resources in the community.
