The Family Collective

This is required training for any TFC staff that enters data into a database. This Salesforce & database refresher training will cover topics such as data entry expectations, entering a family's income, goals, session/case notes, education updates, housing updates, assessments, and self-report data from families. There will also be dedicated time for Q&A. Please prepare for this meeting by ensuring you have a login to your database and have questions or scenarios prepared to share if you need help with a specific issue.
