In this session, we will explore the pillars of the Collective Impact framework for collaboration. We will consider how the framework informs the structure of the Family Collective and how to take advantage of lessons learned from other organized efforts.

David Moore is a sought-after consultant and advisor with over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit and education sector, leading organizations, teams and partnerships to consistently produce results. David has a track record as an effective leader within nonprofit organizations, as well as a trusted advisor providing strategic leadership, facilitation and project oversight.

David is currently working closely with national nonprofit organizations, local education foundations, schools, community-based organizations, municipalities and research organizations to strengthen organizational impact. With an Ed.D. from the University of Cincinnati, a M.P.P. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Capital University, David combines the best of academic and research knowledge with practical experience and community knowledge to help shape your organization.
